Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Automation provides a basic understanding of the concept and principle of automation system. This course emphasises the relationship between conventional/hardwired/relay ladder logic (RLL) and PLC system, application of various industrial input and output devices of PLC, designing process, programming and constructing method. This course also provides knowledge and skills in designing environmentally-friendly automation control system based on conventional/hardwired/relay ladder logic (RLL) and PLC.
