HEAT TRANSFER emphasizes on the principles of the Heat Transfer in steady state by conduction, convection and radiation. Principles of steady-state and transient heat conduction in solid are investigated. Laminar and turbulent boundary layer flows are treated, as well as condensation and boiling phenomena, thermal radiation, and radiation heat transfer between surfaces. Students will be exposed to the procedure for general problem solving and its application on heat exchanger.
